When Arlen and Cory Ness were brought on as consultants to revamp the Victory Kingpin, we all knew that the end result was going to be special. The Nesses took the Kingpin and improved it by adding a festival of chrome and billet.

They added billet wheels, billet engine cover inserts and billet-style mirrors. This Ness Edition Kingpin also has a chrome swingarm, chrome foot controls, chrome passenger peg supports, chrome axle brackets, chrome triple clamps and chrome switch housings. If the Nesses could make it shine, they did. There’s even a radical “Purple Haze”</font color> color scheme that would make Jimi Hendrix proud. In addition, there is a radius drag bar with braided stainless cables and a custom-stitched ostrich-pattern seat. It’s finished with a Ness logo EFI cover and Ness signature side cover. Definitely, not your neighbors Springer…

This beautiful bike has had the local Victory dealer install the following at a cost of approx. $1000:
– Arlen Ness Slash Cut Drag Pipes – Based on these changes, the fuel injection management systems was re-calibrated and the gas/air mixture is perfectly adjusted for these new pipes. Original pipes included.

This bike is located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.

Driving Impressions: (according to the seller) The bike is very quick off the line, with top-end speeds that I believe are unmatched by any other bike in the class. The Kingpin is definitely built for speed, given the way the suspension reacts on a hard acceleration. The torque from the hard throttle actually sits the rider farther down in the seat as the suspension expands the wheelbase, giving the rider the feeling of additional comfort and security in the seat, rather than that of having to hold on for fear of falling off the back. It’s a unique ride and very comfortable. It seriously feels nimble like a sport bike due to its perfect balance.

I have ridden this bike with an adult passenger and it performed and responded very well. The passenger indicated that it was a comfortable ride. The passenger enjoys additional comfort by resting their feet on floorboards rather than pegs.

Existing Factory Warranty:The standard warranty from Victory is 1 year unlimited mileage. The purchase date of this bike was 12/22/04 and the warranty will expire on 12/22/05. The bike was registered to the original owner in January 2005.

As long as the warranty is still in affect, the new owner can add to it. Victory extended warranty can be added for approx.
– $400 for two additional years
– $564 for three additional years
– $700 for four additional years. All of these options carry a $50 deductible.
