I am pleased to offer this 3 owner 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider.  Best part of all, this is a 6 speed gated shifter edition.  Looks great in Giallo Modena (Ferrari for yellow).  Mileage is 52,5XX and VIN # is ZFFXR48A2T0104388. 

Car is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition based on my personal inspection on 3/14/19.  No wheel rash, very minor chips on the lower side skirts as you might expect, paint shines very nicely.  Interior also shows no rips in the leather, no sticky buttons, excellent carpets and rugs.  There is one flaw on each side of the convertible top which have been covered with black tape (see last two pictures).

The car currently has the cats removed but they are included (see picture section).

This car comes with a large folder filled with service invoices and parts receipts.  These date back to 2000 when the car had 25,000 miles and continue till 2018 when the car had 52,000 miles on the clock.  Venders such as Ricambi America, Ferrari of Washington, Competizione, All Ferrari Parts are represented.

According to my research, there are 3 issues with F355’s that should be addressed:

 – Seat potentiometer (affects the function of the convertible top) – this car had that part replaced in 2000 and then again in 2012.  Top works very well today

 – Valve guides – in 2000, it appears that the valve guide replacement (and valve lapping) was performed under warranty (no charge)

 – Exhaust manifolds – in 2004, the 5/8 header was replaced along with both cats

According to the owner, some of the more recent services including the major service were done by the previous owner without invoice proof.  I will recap the services as he described them to me:

In 2013, the following services were performed:

 – Belt service with Hill Tensioners

 – Catalytic converters ECU

 – Changed antifreeze, brake fluid and transaxle fluid

In 2014, the following services were performed:

 – Replaced both radiator fans

 – Replaced velocity joints and boots

This is an opportunity to own an incredibly affordable high performance Ferrari. Jump on the bandwagon before these go up like the Testarossas and 308’s.
